I joined Old Mutual as a Process Analyst to document business processes for the start-up of a new on line bank. Focus was on all customer facing processes (Call centre, Security, Authentication, and Fraud). Thereafter extended my roles on a contract basis to other divisions of the old Mutual Group – Individual Life and Unit Trusts as a business process consultant.

Responsible for developing and managing the export division of a coatings manufacturer. Customer relationship management as key contact for CEO’s of international companies. REsponsibilities included: Contract Negotiation with international customers. Business Development: Attend International trade fairs and trade missions, signing up new distribution contracts. Develop marketing material and new product designs.

Responsible documenting Training material, train the trainer for a key strategic project for preventing solicitor fraud. Developed test material and testing the systems, managing system fixes with developers.

Completed legal articles and admitted to the South African Bar as an attorney and conveyancer. Joined the firm as a practicing attorney performing general law and conveyancing (property transfers / notar).
