I work within the Technology Team with responsibility for the full 360 recruitment cycle. I liaise with world leading high technology multinational organisations recruiting both contract and permanent staff across Europe. Roles include Engineers, Managers, Researchers, and Scientists within manufacturing, head office, and R&D environments.

Developed new job analysis, performance appraisal system and reward system as part of company expansion process.

Recruited 70 volunteer teachers managing psychology projects in 6 local primary schools and conducted performance appraisal feedback to school authorities; Divided responsibilities between teams and maintained a shared focus by conducting weekly planning meetings; Designed innovative teaching methods and individually managed psychological curricula for Grade 6 pupils.
