Providing leadership to a team of 4 Indirect (CapEx/MRO) buyers; In absence of Purchasing Manager takes full responsibility for the daily and strategic tasks of the Purchasing Department; Keeps track of all KPI performances on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. If not achieved, investigates the root cause and defines corrective measures for achieving defined targets; Conducts on-site audits and capacity evaluation of suppliers, present at FAT and SAT tests for critical machines and equipment.

Providing leadership and supplier quality management expertise to the Supplier Quality Department with 3 employees; On-site audits at suppliers in accordance with the VDA 6.3 (German Automotive Standard for process audit); Coordinates, organizes and approves transfer to serial production at suppliers in accordance with Run@Rate methodology; Identification and reimbursement of all quality related costs due to nonconforming products and services delivered by suppliers.

Providing leadership and supply chain expertise to the Purchasing and Warehouse Department with 11 employees; Being directly responsible to the CEO, involved in all strategic planning and decision making activities regarding the future development of the company; Member of the Top Management structure.
