Leading Purchasing Team of 3 buyers, 1 supervisor, 1 technician and 1 Quality Engineer.

Making Strategic Long/Short Term Sourcing decisions in commodity basis Leading negotiations & making annual price agreements with suppliers in running/new programs Creating Cost Reduction & Productivity & Localization ideas Analyzing & Creating & Evaluating cost models & cost walk / Determining Correct Costs / Making Price Agreements (short term & MYA) accordingly Leading Ford of Europe/Ford North America Global New Project Agreements in specific commodities
