My main responsibility was linear dynamics analysis coupled fatigue evaluation of short fiber reinforced composite speaker baskets and enclosures to the automotive industry. I led Dynamics case study of KIA speaker basket to see the effect of consideration of short fiber orientations (APDL). I was involved in training material preparations for Chinese colleagues on fields like: dynamic analysis, snap fit and fatigue calculations. I was also mentoring a relocated Indian CAE colleague.

Nonlinear static analysis of long-fiber reinforced composite wind turbine blade for Robotics - Amores Kft. (Ansys ACP)

My main responsibility was static FEA coupled fatigue analysis of crankshafts, crankcases of compressors, torsional dampers and steering systems. Moreover, the interpretation of gasket supplier’s thermalshock analysis methodology for Ansys software was developed under my lead. Besides my daily tasks, I supported Indian CAE colleagues and did vibration analysis as well.
