As a Data Architect I oversee the implementation of a data governance framework in the real estate management business area of the BMW Group. Providing Data Architecture expertise in various IT projects for real estate and energy management is part of my duty. My main project is the design and implementation of a Common Data Environment for the real estate management, where the focus is on the integration of the different applications in a data backbone of the whole BMW Group.

As a Business Intelligent Architect I am responsible of the design of BI architecture for solutions from the presales phase all the way through the delivery of the project. As Technical Account Manager, I am in charge of leading BI projects for large customers. My activity combines project management activities with business consulting and leading the delivery teams.

As Senior Business System Architect led the development and implementation of an ERP-CRM business solution for various project based businesses. As project manager coordinated the localization process of the ERP software for the local market. I managed to adapt and implement agile methodologies to business application implementation processes. They were applied successfully in more than 30 projects, bringing results by reducing implementation times, increasing the quality of the products and the services.

Managed multiple development teams I was responsible for the on-time delivery of around 100 software projects at high quality standards and in a very cost effective manner. Managing projects developed by internal and outsourced development teams. Implemented Agile – Scrum methodologies in the software development process. Designed and lead the development of a CRM application framework, serving as backbone for more than 20 CRM implementations in the real estate industry.

As architect and lead developer, directed a team of up to 10 software developers, providing mentoring, coaching, and consulting, while overseeing the development of a complex content management platform, which served as backbone for several web based intranet and extranet solutions.

- Designed and lead the development of a content management framework used by the top 20 newspaper websites in Romania, summarizing more than 10 million visitors per day - Managed a team of 12 developers, developing a flexible content management framework that powered 100+ websites - Created and implemented the web publishing strategy for a multinational publishing company

- Developed a JSP based web frontend for route calculation (GIS) web applications with millions of daily requests, integrated in top visited web sites - Designed functionalities and architecture for route calculation desktop applications - Research new technologies incorporated in the new versions of the GIS server applications - Lead the development of the server based route calculation applications
