As a Senior Business Analyst in the Revenue Operations team I was responsible for building and maintaining our data pipelines for our report automation platform and also writing codes in SQL and Python to create analyses and reports which were visualized in various Tableau dashboards used by customer facing teams like account management or sales. Supported many projects as well by automating the manual processes or optimizing the codes to decrease the workload and running times.

As a Senior Manager Data Analytics in the Crew Performance Management team I was responsible for various reports and analyses to optimise the operation and performance of our captains and crew members. As a Business Intelligence Analyst I was covering the whole business intelligence lifecycle including scraping data out of a software through API code, loading the data to our data warehouse and creating analyses and dashboard visualisations based on the available datasets. As a market risk analyst, I had a wide range of tasks including creating data quality checks for various teams, analysing risk and market data in regards to credit and securitized products and presenting to the senior management about our portfolio. Additionally, I was working on a data exploratory project coded in Python.

During my work I gained knowledge about various business intelligence applications and systems, supported data loading, analysis and visualisation. I did the status reports of our ongoing projects and the continuous development of the internal communication site.
