Had been responsible for end-to-end processes of all types of domestic and foreign payments, treasury back office activities and custodian services with sponsorship in all related projects and IT-developments. Constant finetuning and close monitoring of all E2E processes belonged to day-to-day business activities. Mission was to get business and operations joined forces in acquisition, product and process innovation.

Introduction of new financial services (banking and insurance) in more than 100 Tesco stores in Hungary. Building and supervising these products' sales activities in a close-cooperation with Tesco and Royal Bank of Scottland. Acted as process owner in terms of all products and services sold via Tesco with direct reporting line to Edinburgh (RBS) and indirect reporting line to Tesco Hungary.

The first 2 years devoted to build knowledge in Controlling of Securities and Invesment business fields. The upcoming 5 years shared in Product Development firstly in Cash Management and Regional expansition - including onside sales support and presentations - secondly in developing SME Segment-specific products. Additioninal sales experiences in Trade and Commodity Finance.

Full support for the German General Manager in fulfilling his duties in terms of production, logistic and sales of ice cream and mirelit goods distributed in two countries (Hungary and Romania).
