Deputed from BOSCH India to the UK as a Resident Engineer, embedded within the OEM Dependability / Functional Safety team, supporting safety-critical powertrain systems. • Responsible for functional safety calibration activities for the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) supplied by the Tier-1 organisation. • Worked directly with the OEM’s dependability and safety teams to execute ISO 26262-compliant functional safety testing and validation at system and vehicle level.

Responsibilities: Safety calibration engineering, functional calibration safety topics for Daimler AMG. Safety calibration checks for series containers for AMG Daimler and OPEL • Building safety calibration for FAW Group, China • Creating and validating safety test cases as per ISO26262 (under part IV product development at system level) standards • Building new models for function safety calibration using MATLAB Simulink
