Reasonability: Building 3D models to emulate physical factory using Emulate3D software and C#. These models used for testing control and mechanical operations (virtual commissioning) and setup a training environment. Key Projects:  Develop library of items which used in building the models like (Motors, Sensors, Conveyors, Rack, and Robots).  Develop PLC emulator depending on TCP protocol to send and receive commands in json format to/from a model for testing purposes.

Reasonability: Developing needed software and supporting the running applications and database. Key Projects:  Intranet System: Web application that supports employees with HR and IT services (IT Tickets, Attendance, Vacations, and Administrator's Reports).  OPC Client: Monitoring production line output and sends feedback to control system (ABB)  Reporting System: Reading data from control system (WINCC) and generate custom reports (power consumption and material production)
