 EPC contract  Monitor all station build-up activities (Design to Commissioning).  Value engineering done for the project’s scope to change the capacity required by client to 3000m3 instead of 500m3.  Monitor and controlling all activities during project lifetime.  Manage all project’s stakeholders according to their interests.  Manage all project’s risks including the unexpected covid-19 quarantine and global inflation.

 Install the HDPE distribution networks to serve about 150000 customers with approximate length of 900 km of HDPE pipes with different diameters.  Start and commissioning of the distribution network of Amriya.  Start the operation and emergency process for Amriya underground networks include all odorant addition units and all gas regulators.  The conversion of 3400 customers in Amriya.  Efficiently tracking the project performance against targets (quality – time – cost)
