Manage Marketo migration and implementation from Campaign Monitor, and architect data inflows from EDW, and integrate with Salesforce. Develop and execute highly-effective member engagement campaigns that create awareness, and drive member acquisition, activation, care utilization, and retention through marketing automation and other digital marketing solutions. I lead projects and programs to evolve and scale Crossover Health's engagement efforts to serve a growing number of members.
