• Development & management of employer branding strategies • Talent management, organization of talent board, preparation and following up of individual development plans of talents • Establishment of procedures for new policies • Management of training requests, coordination, organization and reporting of planned trainings • Establishment of company organization schemes, promotion, transfer, etc. to ensure that fiction is up-to-date in personnel movements

· Directly reporting to HR Director and responsible for all functions of the human resources such as recruitment & selection, performance and career management · Taking an active role in all of whole recruitment process. Searching new candidates according to vacant positions (job posting, CV filtering/ screening, making phone interviews, applying personality profile assessment, reference check, job offer)
