-HR Team Coordinator for the DACH region, managing up to 20 employees -Talent Management -Responsible for the entire Recruiting process, including sourcing, CV screening, interviews and onboarding -Career advisor and mentor -HR process management -Team management and work assignment to meet accuracy and timeliness SLAs -Productivity analysis and workforce planning -HR and Recruiting system transition management and issue resolution (from SAP to Workday)

-Responsible for HR processes for the DACH region -Responsible for the Recruiting process -Process improvement -Regular calls with the client (in German and English) -Team coordination, in charge of 6 employees -Productivity analysis and workforce planning -Work assignment to meet accuracy and timeliness SLAs -Editing / translation of work Reference Letters in German and English -Use of SAP, LinkedIn, MS SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, among other systems

-Responsible for the end-to-end Recruiting process, sourcing and interviewing candidates from Argentina and / or Latin America to study and work in Germany -Connecting with hiring managers -Managing job offers -Participation as an interpreter in the candidates' interviews with their potential employer (candidate's language: Spanish; employer's language: German) -Document management and Onboarding, including translation of the required documentation to study and work in Germany of each New Hire
