It has been 4 years since I started working as an independent pharmacist in pharmacy. Some of the skills I attained during my career as a pharmacist are as follows: -Dispensed prescriptions and consult patients about the usage, adverse effects and precautions concerning their medications -Compounded new formula to prevent, control and treat dermatological diseases -Attained strong leadership and collaboration skills through communicating with diverse group of people

Gained experiences are as follows: -Recombinant Protein Production & Purification techniques (western blott, transformation, plasmid preparation, digestion, gel electrophoresis, gene expression, Ecoli expression system) -Recombinant vector production for gene therapy (transfection, gel extraction, flow cytometry, cell culture, cell counting, fluorescent microscopy, RT-PCR, qPCR, RNA extraction, DNA fragmentation, MTT assay) -Presentation skills (Persian & English) -Teaching and tutoring skills

I volunteered to raise awareness among people of all ages about the following aspects of Diabetes: -importance of being informed about Diabetes type 1 symptoms -how to prevent yourself from afflicting to type 2 Diabetes -Educate Diabetic patients about the most convenient way to reduce medical and economic burden of the disease -How to cope with Psychological issues stemd from diabetes medications and special life style -The importance and preference of using Insulin pump compered with conventional insulin

The second summer school in research methodology

-Attained extensive leadership, communication, problem solving, time management skills through guiding different set of groups of students -Boasted computer and design skills through designing several layouts for 3 issues by Indesign software -Communicated with the authorities and in charge academics for arranging collaborative contracts

My experiences as a director were as follows: -planed to hold several research workshops for students -taught research database and Endnote workshops -tutored students about how to become an active research student
