As a Project Engineer at Hitachi Energy, I contribute to the electromechanical design and engineering of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) converter stations for large-scale power transmission projects. I collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and high-quality design solutions in accordance with international standards and project requirements.

Designed and developed welding, assembly, and inspection fixtures for automotive (trucks), medical devices, and agricultural equipment. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, ergonomic, and cost-effective tooling solutions that improved manufacturing quality, productivity, and operator safety.

Designed and developed Special Purpose Equipment (SPE) for the assembly, testing, servicing, and maintenance of hydraulic systems used in wind turbine applications. Collaborated with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient equipment that met technical, quality, and manufacturing requirements

Designed and developed precision machining fixtures for CNC machining operations, ensuring dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and improved manufacturing efficiency. Worked closely with manufacturing, quality, and production teams to deliver cost-effective tooling solutions that met customer and production requirements.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Tool Design from Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF), where I developed strong expertise in mechanical design, tooling engineering, manufacturing processes, jigs and fixtures, press tools, injection moulds, GD&T, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). This specialized education provided a solid foundation in product development, precision engineering, and industrial tooling, which has been instrumental throughout my career.

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong foundation in mechanical design, manufacturing engineering, materials science, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, machine design, engineering mechanics, CAD/CAM, and industrial production processes. Developed analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills through academic projects and practical engineering applications.
