Working on migration data to cloud project, I was responsible for testing and installing connection configuration via Azure VPN and TS Plus, also implementing SAP users Authorizations each user depends on his department • Implement sales system and SAP and train sales team onthe system. • Administrate the ERP system (SAP B1: -Support users and solve daily issues. -create new users and give permissions as per their position. -Raise tickets to finalize and solve system -Train users on the SAP B1

Managing and upgrading the Server with all IT Hardware. • Support for Laptops, Printers, Fingerprints, Switches, and Networks. • Preparing Baghdad Office with all IT Hardware. • CCTV installing (IP & analog). • ERP System admin (SAGE). • Coordinate and support all IT and System and anti-theft systems on the company shops (Wojooh & Swarovski). • Solving all Daily issues using any desk on Remote. • helping with sales plans, contacting suppliers over emails, warehouse counting.
