Plant in Russia: assembly of Midea refrigerators and chest freezers. Managed the procurement for a refrigerator and freezer manufacturing plant. Successfully led the localization of serial parts and the transfer of tooling. Built and optimized the local supplier base from sourcing to contract execution. Strengthened the supply chain and ensured smooth collaboration with the Chinese headquarters. Gained extensive experience in plant start-up and team management (8 direct reports).

Led the Purchasing Department at the Russian plant of Kiekert AG from its start-up, managing the assembly of automotive door latches and handles. Achieved key localization targets for serial parts and tooling relocation. Established a robust international supply chain with suppliers from Germany, Czech Republic and China. Expertly managed import contracts and negotiations to secure favorable terms. Ensured full compliance with all reporting obligations to the Russian Economic Ministry under Decree 566.
