- Support program development and implementation of Management Training initiatives - Administer corporate training and development programs and activities in the daily operations - Coordinate training projects with external consultants and cluster human resources teams - Prepare learning materials, including training notes and PowerPoint for enhancing professionalism

- Provide consultancy for HRMS migration projects, including but not limited to: assistance in defining scope and components of stakeholders, requirement collection, data conversion, implementation, and project closing and evaluation - Coordinate training projects with internal trainers - Assist in design and delivery of training programs - Provide logistics support for training programs such as venue reservation, schedule management, design and update of training materials, manuals and guidelines

- Provide consultancy service to candidates and clients - Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, including candidate sourcing, interviewing and remuneration packages negotiation - Meet with existing and potential clients to understand clients’ recruitment needs - Provide clerical support to the team such as filing, data entry and document formatting - Perform administrative duties
