- evaluated the UNDEF funded project “Spreading the democratic culture in small towns/settlements of Ukraine”, aimed to spread democratic culture among local deputies (councillors) of small towns and settlements by providing seminars-trainings on methodology and procedures of democratic decision-making in local councils and creating relations with local communities; - assessed the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness , sustainability and impact of the project, following the RBM guidelines.

- evaluated the UNDEF funded project “I’m young, I get involved, therefore I count”, contributing to the development of the participatory democracy by informing and motivating the young aged between 16-29 yo, who are marginalized by the society either due to the extreme poverty, or due to the school drop-out or certain disabilities; - assessed the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness , sustainability and impact of the project, RBM; - formulated lessons learnt and recommendations for future projects.

- Performed the Outcome Evaluation of UNDP Romania Country Program 2005 – 2009 using the Results Based approach - The Evaluation focused on some critical areas of action: Reduced poverty among vulnerable groups – Roma, rural women, youth (including post‐institutionalized), people living with AIDS – through employment - Assessed the Country Program Document and Country Program Action Plan with regards to achieving the stated Outputs and Outcomes

- Contributed in the final External SECO Evaluation of the ITC Project “Sustainable Export Development in Romania” (2006-2009) - Assessed the National Export Strategy Development (including 2 Regional Development Strategies) and implementation effectiveness; - Evaluated activities aimed to building skills and capacities of export development service providers, as well as improving knowledge and competencies of exporting companies in four selected sectors; - Evaluated project documents and implementation.

- Managed the team in charge with the establishment of the company’s strategy paper and development strategy (market research; market analysis; data management; strategy paper elaboration etc. ); financial analysis; - Initiated strategic partnership with the biggest retailer of Western Balkans – Mercator – for a better competitiveness of the joint companies; - Assessed customer and consumer needs; managed the Consumer Insight generation process.

- Managed the Project aimed to support the Public Chamber of Economy and Entrepreneurship Development, under the supervision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic; - Developed analytical survey on current situation in entrepreneurship areas (jointly with relevant Governmental entities, International Donors and development partners) – “Concept of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development in the Kyrgyz Republic - 2006 – 2010”.

- Managed global leading brands on the domestic and Duty-Free markets subsequently in Romania, Balkans and Middle/East; - Responsible for the Brand Positioning, Identity and Brand Communication on the Romanian market, managing and coordinating Brand Awareness campaigns, as well as Brand re-/-launches; conducted market researches and data analysis for elaborating market reports and assumptions; created business strategic planning as well as yearly brand plans; accomplished budget management
