 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.  Report to project manager & discuss with him regarding the new scope.  Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.  Providing administrative support as needed..  Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project..

 Responsible for acceptance of MW (TN) 2G RBS,3G,4G LTE  Checking Transmission configuration as per link budget & make sure no errors counted for last 24 hours.  Check the RBS, Transmission, AC, DC Systems, cooling system and civil works and ensure that the installations are as per the approved standards.  Perform XPD test as per approved standard.  Preparation and submission of Site Acceptance report to the Project Team.  Communicating with Projects team to clear the pending snags on sites.

 Monitor External (Electromechanical) alarms we as FO dispatch the Work orders to Field technicians and Field Engineers accordingly  Escalate difficult problems to the System Engineers.  Creating Trouble Tickets for the Alarms using WFM Software  Escalation, Updates and Clearance through SMS as well as WFM for Hub sites  Following up with the Field Engineers and helping them to clear the Alarms  Close the trouble ticket once the alarms clear & send the clearance report

Having 3-5 ongoing site's depending on distance between sites.  Ensuring that everything is according to Ericsson standard and processes.  Support ASP upon technical questions.  Support ASP in cases of material shortages or faulty equipment.  Perform PAT with Customers  Support documentation/ As built Red marking  Report & Close Activity  Supervision of Installation teams for Quality works.
