Making detailed engineering drawing files using GD&T for required fits & tolerances (ISO, DIN & ASTM as per Client). Perform engineering calculation to select material, fasteners, bearings, motor etc. Perform static & dynamic analysis (FEA). Designed test rigs to validate prototypes or complex mechanisms.

Worked on sheet metal, plastic product design, surface, complex assembly design. Applied DFMEA, GD&T,DFM,DFA to improve product's quality. Making SOP for manufacturing, assembly and maintenance.
