- Onsite SME for Weblogic, Glassfish, Apache, BIG IP, Digital certificates and Linux administration. - Lead 2 teams: Incident management and Digital Certificate management team. - Incident, Change and Problem management. - Plan hardware migration and capacity management of servers. - Develop self service for deployments and restarts. (RUNDECK) - Write interface contracts involving other stakeholder teams. - Analyse the trends in incidents and do problem management based on that.

- Critical Incident Manager for the offshore team. - Manage patching of apaches and renewal of the Digital certificates. - Migrate NAS (Network attached storage - From NETAPP to EMC) for all of the web-infrastructure. - Train the new on boarded members in the incident team. - Handle the critical incidents involving production instances. - Install and configuring AWSTATS . - Install and configuring CEREBRUS SPEED TRAP.
