• Deploying, maintaining, and configuring the monitoring solution using Nagios for the new project • Using, editing and updating shell, PowerShell and Perl Scripts to automate monitoring of the deployment. • Investigating and Analyzing recurrent incidents to decrease the number of tickets created and false positive alerts. • Drafting and editing wiki process for the Operating team & Coaching and helping teammates.

• Was engaged in the production team for SILCA (Credit Agricole France) • Monitoring of multiple servers, databases, networks and backups to keep track of IT incidents. • Ensuring the performance and availability of the IT production • Resolving the internal issues by complying with the processes defined by the SI teams as well as the SLA while finding the most efficient solution. • Creating and deploying virtual machines in Hyper-v and Vmware.

• Managing computer equipment (hardware and software) of different clients, as well as providing support to users on their technical issues (Analyze and resolve incidents). • Coordinating different providers and internal teams to offer the best solution to the clients

• Logging calls from external technicians who work on the clients’ telephone lines to resolve incidents. • Analyzing the data collected from the call to resolve the issue.
