Shop drawings execution Structural Design Supervision and quality control

• Supervise Ongoing Construction projects • Co-ordinate, expedite and report all activities related to the project development phases while addressing key attributes - Time (duration) - Resources utilization - Budget - Cost analysis • Prepare and submit consolidated periodical progress report (weekly and monthly basis) that encompasses the status of each project within the Project Development division

• Perform site inspection for concrete and finishing works to ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and drawings. • Issue NCR against defect works and their follow up • Monitor the progress of work with respect to the project schedule • Check contractor’s documents submittals, material submittals, method statements, technical documents, shop drawings, etc... • Check all quantities submitted by the contractor for approval
