• Responsible for entry level talent programmes that enabled New Look to attract, develop and retain high potential talent • Organised and co-ordinated career fairs; scoped out most relevant universities for specific roles, booked and raised PO's, adapted and ordered collateral, organised and prepped business ambassadors, attended career fairs

Outsourcing various roles to relevant agencies • Short listing candidates, arranging interviews and putting offers out to the candidates • Make sure on boarding of selected candidates runs smoothly. High Compliance is all in place before candidates start date. • Resolving any issues with agencies if they are not performing or meeting KPI’s • Liaising with Lewisham Contract managers and departments to establish current and future recruitment needs
