Quantifying the Parameters Influencing Water Ejection during Quenching with an Array of Jets ( Institute of fluid power and thermodynamics - OVGU Magdeburg) A 2D-model of the direct chill casting was developed to study the importance of water film ejection in the secondary cooling region. Heat transfer analysis of the quenching process was simulated using COMSOL to identify the presence of water ejection.

Handled a project titled Steam Turbines during this internship/training period. Utilized strong project management best practices to ensure seamless project completion from start to finish. Attained a practical knowledge and hands on experience of working in an industry.

Obtained basic knowledge about technical assembly while working in the Outfitting Department of the Gas Monitoring System. Worked closely with team members to achieve set engineering goals.
