Improve Turnover Managing Team ( Employees - Free lance) Improving Product Catalog

Challenge : Création and development of regional structures and strategies. • I built the South and East subsidiaries : hiring the 1st employees, finding the Buildings, setting up processes. • I have decentralized support functions: HSE - Quality – Customers care. • Definition of Objectives in line with group objectives and regional specificities. • Responsible of Income statement and Quality-Customer strategy.

Challenge : Improve the Sales department, develop and promote the sale of complementary services (Upselling) -Responsible for Customer Satisfaction. I have set up the monitoring of customer satisfaction : Satisfaction survey, Customer Workshop - Monitoring of Customer questions and expectations. -Head of turnover : I perpetuated and improved turnover by negotiating renewals of long-term contracts and creating the Product Catalog.

Challenge : structure and improve the operational dimension in a fast growing market (+ 20% per year). -Improvement in productivity (from 10 MW served per technician to 14). -As Chairman of the Works Council, I have set up flexibility agreements with Unions (evening shifts and on-call duty) -I restructured the geographic position of maintenance stations bringing reducing of response times during repairs and leading to customer satisfaction.

Challenge : Set up the legal structure and improve KPI's • Change of the Legal structure of the company by creating the ESF group (2012). I made the splitt of the original company to create the ESF group (mother company with its 4 operational subsidiaries). • Budgets and Controlling - I prepared the 2011 and 2012 budgets and implemented new indicators.
