CyCESH project for "cost-efficient" printed OLEDs - Project Management. - Responsible for the intern communication with the project partners. - Fabrication and Characterisation of materials and organic LEDs.

- Design and implementation of a coating process for polymer solution on the inner glass substrate of a light bulb. - Literature search and compilation of a data base on light-outcoupling techniques for LEDs. - Assessment of fabrication techniques and materials viability for the product elaboration. - Optical characterization of the deposited organic layers on a curved substrate.

Femtosecond Metrology Group The aim of this project was the demonstration of the laser writing of a three dimensional waveguide structure via polarization process in photosensitive polymers and its characterization.

- Defining the orientation of the organic devices research activities of the group - Managing the daily running of both characterization and fabrication laboratories - Research projects management (proposal writing, scientific- tecnical follow up and report writing). - Coordinator and Scientific Project Manager of the european research project PHOREMOST and of the national projects: HOPE Consolider and DELIGHT. - Staff and student management. - Attendance to scientific conferences/meetings
