Manage projects and develop Service Acceptance criteria through effective service improvement activities Test Process Optimization and Process Management Performing gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of work flow. Created requirements definition documentation, including use cases, and functional specifications to capture business needs and for validation with the customer and shared with project stakeholders.

Responsible for creating and maintaining UAT Test Plan Gathering and evaluating specific client expectations and formulated Test Guidelines Assisting business users in Definition and preparation of Test Data to perform Acceptance tests Documentation and validation of UAT and SIT Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts Providing training/support to Client Services group for the applications and services developed and maintained

Develop testing best practices and principals and promoting across the teams. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Document every aspect of an application or system as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades Analyze stakeholder business needs to identify appropriate test scenarios designed to validate end user testing and uncover issues prior to deployment

Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software Analyze requirements specifications for impact on the existing system as well as for gaps, testability, and applicability to stated use cases Create and review test plans for coverage, efficiency, and efficacy Submit and track production and release issues in their respective systems Recommend and assist in the constant improvement of testing process.
