As an engineering team lead on a production project, I successfully organized effective teamwork to assemble 90 production machines. My responsibilities involved: - training a team of 16 employees, - allocating tasks and organizing well-coordinated teamwork, - performing quality control, - working with 3D printer, - conducting end product trials, - purchasing components from contractors.
