Detail design 3D modeling, assembling & drafting of parts of Motors,Alternators,DG Sets,Generators & assemblies using CATIA V5 R21 & CREO R2.0/PRO.

⦁ Responsible for complete design of Mechanical Seals and Systems. ⦁ Assigned with the tasks of selection of suitable Mechanical Seals. ⦁ Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings using CAD tools and the complete Bill of Materials for Mechanical Seals.

Process the RFQ. Order management & execution. Site Survey. CAD engineering. Conduct production planning meeting.Closely interact with customers. Actively take part in supplier evaluation. Collaborate with the internal departments.Track project status and monitor the progress. Tracking competitors various data Analyzed customer requirements. Determine the proper application of a mechanical seal and material. Additional duties and responsibilities will vary based upon departmental needs.

Order Processing. Generate proposals after reviewing the specifications. Review and understand buyout quotations. Attend techno- commercial meetings. Support other business units requests for their day to day requirements. Ensure smooth order handover to operations. Significantly determined proper application of a mechanical seal & material.
