 Proper and smooth running of the plant.  Guiding shift in-charges and subordinates with technical skills and experience.  Making correct changes to achieve ultimate production target.  Managing Plant for attaining desired results by identifying the potential of shift in-charges.  Try to get production channelized in such a way that optimum manpower is used for maximum production.  Try to minimize wastage in term of production so that scrap could be prevented.

 Responsible for production of pressure, corrugated pipes, profile, fabrication of manholes, house connection chambers,  Provide actual technical solution and recommendation for customer’s new product development or problem encountered during the process in Extrusion.  Troubleshoot problems encountered in process line.  Monitoring production of PVC for mixing & extrusion.

 Responsible for Supervising Production of PVC pipes.  Troubleshoot Extrusion Process And Safe Mechanical Working Of Extrusion Machine.  Responsible for Maintaining Quality in Production and process Control. Such as Reversion Test, Impact Test, Hydrostatic pressure Test, Tensile test.  Handled Manpower of Production process.  Responsible for Preparing Formulation for PVC pipes.
