Accomplishment of the productive program established. Management of different production lines in parallel and the human team of 80 people under my responsibility. Automation Systems Management of the car’s production line in General Assembly area.

Person in charge for overseeing and executing the production program within my designated area, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and productivity standards. Overseeing the development and training of my human team. Successfully applied kaizen principles to optimize operations, leading to a reduction of two positions and a 4% decrease in direct labor expenses within my area of responsibility.
