Project manager, strategic global project with multi-sites teams from Draeger R&D centers across the world on Patient Monitoring Device including US, German and China teams. OEM Projects with strategic supplier.

Staff Management. Set up and maintain the processes and tools and best practices for project management and R&D. Chair the regular PMO Go-Gemba, influence the organizational behavior and improve the cross functional cooperation. R&D budgetting, define and review product &project roadmaps. Set up R&D project dashboard (KPIs) . Chair the PSG. Manage the projects kick offs. Manage the resource planning and balancing meeting.

Plan and manage the assigned project. Lead, manage and motivate the project team to ensure that products are planned, implemented, released and supported consistent with the agreed standards and strategy, and risks are identified and managed. Present regular progress reports to PSG. Ensure products meet appropriate safety standards. Assist functional managers with input for staff appraisals. Produce accurate project estimates of material costs, manage the actual spend against the approved limit.

Planning and controlling of the project (goals, work results, quality, schedule, costs). Defining and controlling the Project Master Plan. Evaluation and controlling of project risks. Providing and updating of the economic product plan/economic value added (“FPP”). Controlling of completeness of DMR and EHR. Approval and archiving of EHR/DMR documents required from cooperation partners. Defining and controlling of goals in written form for the members of the project team. Planning of patent clearing.
