Worked as a Molecular biologist for the detection of covid 19 Pandemic on an emergency basis, while I was on a visit to Pakistan in the National Institute of Health, Islamabad used all molecular biology techniques for the detection of virus from front desk sampling, analysis, reporting and updating of the global data of WHO.

I was working as a Molecular Biologist under CDC project at Department of Virology, National Institute of Health Islamabad Pakistan. I was performing viral isolation and characterization of Influenza virus. At Virology division i was trained in several molecular virology techniques like Real-time PCR detection, whole genome sequencing, virus isolation and environmental surveillance of infectious diseases. During his time as lead of sentinel site laboratory of CDC, i was engaged in virus detection

Worked as a Doctoral student of Molecular oncology, and have hands-on experience with different molecular techniques including sequencing, next-generation sequencing, RT PCR, and other extraction methods from biological sources including tissue and liquid biopsy for the detection and managment of most cancers.
