What it's about
The Technology Department at Partners Group drives the firm’s digital transformation by delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our Technology leadership and team members in Zug, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Technology Officer and his Business Unit Heads with their daily organizational tasks
- Calendar management of internal and external meetings, conferences, and calls
- Assist with event organization and coordination
- Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings, using Concur and with an external agency, prepare itinerary and logistics in Outlook and process expense reports
- Maintain, file and execute contracts
- Maintain and update data in internal databases and systems
- Other administrative tasks as necessary
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity
- Bachelor's degree or 'KV Lehre' with comparable number of years' experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new skills related to new applications
- Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic team player contributing strong administrative support
- Proficient English in writing and speaking, German is a plus
