Dein Verantwortungsbereich
Als Workforce Staffing Specialist (w/m/d/x) in unserer Produktionsstätte in Verden bist du für die effiziente Suche und Besetzung unserer Mitarbeitenden in der Produktion zuständig und hast damit entscheidenden Einfluss auf den Erfolg von HelloFresh.
- Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du wirst ab Tag 1 ernst genommen und bist ein entscheidender Teil einer großen Mission, denn: we want to change the way people eat, forever!
- Du lernst im direkten Austausch mit Expert*innen im Team und kannst Dich so stets weiterentwickeln
Die se Stelle ist für 24 Monate zu besetzen (eine Verlängerung ist möglich).
Dein Profil
- Funktion als operativer Lead und erste Anlaufstelle für Kandidat:innen zu allen wichtigen Schritten des Bewerbungsprozesses, um die Eignung zu prüfen, Terminierungen abzustimmen und Arbeitsverträge auszustellen; hierbei bist du dem Senior Workforce Staffing Manager direkt unterstellt und ihr arbeitet gemeinsam an der Zielerreichung für Workforce Staffing
- Zusätzlich zu unserem Produktionsstandort in Verden unterstützt du unsere Last Mile-Flotte bei der Rekrutierung in der nördlichen Region
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung des Einstellungsprozesses, um Unstimmigkeiten zeitnah aufzuzeigen, zu prüfen und zu beseitigen
- Tägliche Nutzung unseres Recruiting-Tools zur Steuerung und Kontrolle von Arbeitsaufträgen
- Verfolgung der täglichen Bewerbungs- und Einstellungsziele, um Abweichungen bei einer möglichen zukünftigen Besetzung zu eskalieren
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Plänen zur Messung, Analyse und Verbesserung des Recruiting-Funnels
- Bearbeitung des wöchentlich aktualisierten Pipeline-Berichts, sowie des Bedarfsplans und Verteilung an alle Stakeholder
- Abstimmung der Onboarding-Events mit den relevanten Abteilungen
- Organisation und Vor-Ort-Betreuung von Jobmessen
- Reisebereitschaft wünschenswert, z. B. für die Einführung neuer Tools, Workshops…
