KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full accountability for strategy, results, and sustainable growth
  
• Drive daily operations with a strong sales focus
  
• Lead and develop an interdisciplinary expert team
  
• Grow international client base and business in battery, mining, minerals, and raw materials sectors
  
• Advance the service portfolio and develop new business models
  
• Coordinate closely with the parent company and represent the business externally

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Degree in business administration or a related field
  
• Several years of experience leading a company or business unit
  
• Industry background in batteries, mining, minerals, or raw materials
  
• Strong understanding of industrial value creation processes
  
• Proven success in business development, sales, and international projects; ideally with consulting experience
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
