Consultant (m/f/d) - Berlin

YOUR PROFILE:

For our Berlin office, we are looking for you as an architect, civil , mechanical or industrial engineer (or similar), preferably with initial practical experience in project business and a keen interest in lean management, corporate processes, and change processes. Your willingness to learn in the areas of engineering (planning), procurement (contracting), production, or construction (execution) is very important to us. You also have strong communication skills, enabling you to guide our customers toward operational excellence in change projects and to shape continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting senior consultants in change and transformation projects for our clients in the plant engineering and construction industries
• Independent handling of subprojects within the scope of outstanding large-scale construction projects and transformation projects ranging from SMEs to corporations
• Preparation of workshops and training courses in which you also participate yourself
• Independent development of service products and training offerings for our academy, accompanied by a mentor
• Introduction and further development of digital tools and standards that influence the entire industry

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

• Completed technical degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or a comparable field of study
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in total
• Preferably initial practical experience in project business
• Enthusiasm for lean management, corporate and change processes, and agile working methods
• Willingness to learn in the areas of engineering (planning), procurement (contracting), production, or construction (execution)
• You impress others with your initiative, strong communication skills, and high level of commitment.
• Initial experience in conducting workshops desirable
