Our Client
is a leading international event management company based in Berlin. The company specializes in planning and organizing events across various industries and offers customized solutions for exhibitors and visitors worldwide. To support our team at our Berlin office, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- You will independently assist with the preparation and processing of payroll
- In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for all payroll-related questions and correspond accordingly with government agencies and social insurance providers
- In addition, you will be responsible for managing time tracking and handling statutory reporting and certification requirements
- Your responsibilities will also include assisting with general HR administration, such as preparing certificates and references or processing employee onboarding and offboarding
Our Requirements
- A degree in human resources or a business administration degree, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in payroll accounting and/or HR administration
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus
- The ability to work well in a team, along with a confident and friendly demeanor, round out your profile
