In the summer of 2022, we launched our curated marketplace for third-party sellers at home24. This allows us to offer an even broader selection and more product variety so that our customers can find everything they need for their own happy home. Since then, we have become one of the largest Home & Living marketplaces in the DACH region, generating more than €100 million in revenue since 2023

We are looking for the dedicated and motivated mandatory intern (m/f/d) for our Product Onboarding team, who wants to gain hands-on experience and actively support the onboarding of new products in the Home & Living category.

Mandatory Internship - E-Commerce Marketplace (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You support the operational onboarding of products by reviewing product details (e.g., naming, dimensions, attributes) from third-party sellers, and assuring they are assigned to the correct categories
• You assist in communicating with sellers regarding the onboarding process
• You help maintain our product data and ensure its completeness and accuracy
• You actively provide feedback to our sellers to ensure that provided data meets our content standards
• You gain experience collaborating with other departments such as Business Development, Account Management, Tech and Image Moderation to obtain high quality product data
• Your profile
  You are currently an enrolled student in business administration or a related, relevant field and must complete an internship for your studies
• You have strong attention to detail
• You are independent, well-organized, and have reliable work style
• You have strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
• You are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Suite
• You are fluent in English and German; French or Dutch language skills would be a plus

Your path

• A paid mandatory internship > 5 months
• Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
