NexDash is building Europe’s first Neo-Carrier: electrified, AI-orchestrated, and soon autonomous.

We’re looking for a VP Operations & Electrification — the person who makes our zero-emission logistics platform run. You’ll own the nitty-gritty: from identifying which routes are best to electrify, to securing charging infrastructure partnerships, to designing the KPIs and dashboards that keep our business on track.

This is the role that turns vision into execution and P&L into scale.

Your responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize routes/lanes for electrification (distance, payload, cost, charging feasibility)
• Secure and manage charging infrastructure partnerships across Europe
• Track and optimize energy consumption (kWh per truck, per route) to maximize efficiency
• Build and monitor all key KPIs and dashboards across operations, finance, and fleet performance
• Drive P&L optimization and unit economics, ensuring scalable profitability
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and finance to integrate strategy and execution seamlessly
• Constantly evaluate fleet data, performance metrics, and operational improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Background in operations, data, risk management, logistics, consulting, or energy with strong analytical skills
• Comfort with finance and P&L ownership (controlling, unit economics, KPI dashboards)
• Experience in mobility, logistics, or electrification is a strong plus
• Entrepreneurial and pragmatic: you thrive in the details but think at system scale
• Fluent in German & English
• Ready to work side by side with the founder and leadership team to scale operations from day one
