To ensure that our solutions run smoothly from a technical standpoint, we are looking for you: a pragmatic problem solver with technical expertise who can reliably implement installations, device connections, and system connections—and who can also lend a hand with general support when needed.
Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning our POS systems and peripherals at the customer's site (e.g., receipt printers, scanners, payment terminals).
- You will ensure the smooth connection of our software to local systems, networks, and hardware.
- You will provide support for technical issues—remotely or on-site—and find solutions for tricky system problems.
- You will analyze errors and provide feedback to development and product management.
- In addition, you will assist with 1st and 2nd level support, especially for technical inquiries.
- You will document your work and share your knowledge internally.
What you bring to the table
- Experience in technical IT support or system integration
- You have a good basic understanding of hardware, networks, Windows systems, and POS technology
- Ideally, you have already worked with retail or POS systems
- You are good at explaining technical concepts—both internally and externally
- You are structured, independent, and remain solution-oriented even under pressure
- Very good German skills, good English skills are a plus (due to our internationalization)
