Customer Service Representative 100%

(temporary contract until December 31st, 2026)

Job Description

• Handling questions and complaints from customers, providing information on delivery times and stock situation
• Order processing and follow-up in contact with our Shipping department
• Answering and forwarding incoming emails and phone calls
• Providing certificates of origin and documentation
• Invoicing, credit notes and price control
• Backorder management (inform the customers and collaborate with our production for new delivery dates)
• Follow-up and maintenance of goods returns
• New customer opening creation and maintenance in our ERP system
• Manage appropriate filing system related to auditing requests and export document control

Your profile

• Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar) as well as several years' experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization.
• Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus.
• Proficient computer and MS Office skills.
• Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills.
• Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus.
