• Gather and validate customer, business, technical, and stakeholder requirements
• Define the Systems Engineering and Validation & Verification approach for the project
• Develop verification strategies, verification plans, and product development plans
• Ensure requirements are traceable across system, subsystem, and component levels
• Coordinate validation, verification, qualification, and certification activities
• Manage technical risk through robust V&V processes and reporting
• Support creation of substantiation, clearance, and acceptance documentation
• Define manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning requirements
• Define hardware/configuration requirements needed for verification activities
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Coach and support project teams on Systems Engineering and V&V best practices

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Systems Engineering, Validation & Verification, Development Engineering, or a related area
• Relevant industry/domain experience is preferred but not essential
• Good understanding of requirements management and verification processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with different technical disciplines and stakeholders
• Structured, analytical approach with a focus on quality and technical risk reduction
