Wir suchen eine:n HR Generalist:in, der:die uns sowohl operativ als auch entwickelnd im HR-Bereich unterstützt. Du wirst Teil eines Teams, das Wachstum, Wohlbefinden und Erfolg fördert und hast die Möglichkeit, an innovativen HR-Projekten mitzuwirken und die HR-Arbeit aktiv mitzugestalten.

Activities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:

• Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
• Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnissen und sonstigen Bescheinigungen
• Begleitung von des On- und Offboardingprozesses
• Unterstützung und Übernahme von bei Personalplanung und organisatorischen Themen
• Ansprechpartner für arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft

HR-Projekte & Weiterentwicklung:

• Übernahme und Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten (z. B. Performance Management, Benefits, HR-Tools oder Prozessoptimierungen)
• Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Strukturen und Standards
• Übernahme und Unterstützung bei HR-Reporting, Vergütungsfragen oder organisatorischen Veränderungen
• Proaktive Mitgestaltung einer modernen, serviceorientierten HR-Arbeit

Requirements

Du bist HRler aus Überzeugung und möchtest HR sowohl operativ als auch entwickelnd mitgestalten. Idealerweise bringst du mit:

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im HR-Bereich (z. B. HR Generalist, HR Advisor, HR Operations, HR Business Partner)
• Erfahrung in der administrativen Personalarbeit entlang des Employee Lifecycles
• Erste Erfahrung in HR-Projekten oder Prozessverbesserungen
• Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Freude daran, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
• Begeisterung für Prozessoptimierung und effiziente Abläufe
• Erfahrung mit gängigen HR-Softwares, idealerweise mit Personio
• Starke Sprachskills – Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) in Wort und Schrift. Wichtig ist eine sichere Kommunikation in beiden Sprachen - in Wort und Schrift

Besonders gut passt du zu uns, wenn du sowohl Hands-on arbeiten möchtest als auch Spaß daran hast, HR weiterzuentwickeln.
