We are a stealth-mode AI startup founded by a team of PhDs with deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning. Backed by advisors from top global research institutions, we’ve built our MVP and are preparing to launch our first enterprise pilot.

We’re now looking for a Business Co-Founder to join the founding team and drive the next phase of company building.

Tasks

• Lead early customer discovery, outreach, and partnerships
• Define and execute go-to-market and pricing strategy
• Own fundraising, pitch development, and investor relationships
• Help scale the company from seed to Series A
• Represent the company in external conversations, events, and media

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., MBA, MSc in Management)
• Proven startup experience, preferably in a founder or early operator role
• Experience in fundraising at pre-seed/seed stage and managing VC/investor relationships
• Strong understanding of scaling companies from 0 to Series A
• Fluency in English and German;
