We are currently recruiting for the following position for our long-standing partner:

SENIOR ACCOUNTING OFFICER (M/W/D)

• Supplier invoice and exchange rate checks
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
• Weekly payments
• Reports to the Bank and bank balance checks
• Statements issuance (customers, subsidiaries, agents)
• Payment arrangements (subsidiaries, agents, customs)
• Profit, warehouse, and MD report creation
• Assisting in yearly audit
• Personal income tax filing (overseas residents)

• Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable
• Knowledge of German GAAP and  German tax law
• ERP knowledge, MS Excel aswell
• Experience in a freight forwarding company is an advantage
• Business-level English and German language skills
• Experience in the Inside Sales, Customer Service or Pricing departments is an advantage
