As a Manager Data Science, you design and implement AI and machine learning solutions to generate business insights and support innovation for clients. You build and maintain scalable data pipelines, work with complex data sets, and develop and deploy predictive models. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions across the full lifecycle, from problem definition through to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows to ensure reliable, production-grade data availability for analytics and ML workloads.
• Develop advanced machine learning models, predictive analytics solutions, and AI-driven approaches to address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into digital products and services.
• Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies and methodologies to deliver innovative and future-ready data science solutions at Publicis Sapient.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, model deployment, and AI ethics to support responsible and compliant AI adoption.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate the value of AI and machine learning, enabling informed, data-driven decision-making.
• Support and mentor team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Strong professional experience in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, with a proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions

• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, as well as experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Experience in developing and deploying AI models, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning techniques.

• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management, as well as AI governance frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and interpretability, ensuring responsible and compliant AI implementation.

• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across both business and technical audiences.

• Proficiency in German and English at a business fluent level (C1/C2).
